Requests Guidance

This form can be used for indoor and outdoor performances/events and shows through to May 31st 2026.

Please read the Request Form Terms & Conditions and the Performance Contract.

This form has four pages. It is possible to partially complete the Request Form and save and resume it at a later time. Use Save & Resume option at the bottom of each page and ensure when requested that you put the correct email address in the required field.

Please double check your email address as this will be used to email your final submission and/or the Save and Resume link.

It is helpful if any strings of dates are input in this format: Oct 2,3,4. Nov 10,11,12.

Live & Local cannot guarantee allocation of any performances to a promoting group. Performances, shows and subsidy are allocated with a view to the success and sustainability of the whole network and programme.

All options on your Show Request form will be treated equally. We will not treat it as an order of preference. However please do use the additional information fields to indicate any season, artform or audience preferences.
