Main Contact Details
- Please note that we will automatically use the main contact’s home number (or mobile number if there is no home number) for the main box office number if we have not received a Publicity Form (sent to you as a link on the email when your shows are confirmed) on time for an event. This Publicity Form also becomes part of the agreement that is created at the point you submit the Show Request form.
Hall Availability and the Performance Contract
- Hall Availability - You can let us know about changes to your available dates any time up until we send your show confirmation email. After that point you will have to deal with clashes in your diary.
- Show Request Terms & Conditions Please read the before submitting your Request Form. For all performance dates your submitted Show Request form creates the agreement and constitutes an offer from you to Live & Local Ltd to host your requested number of performances on one of the preferred or possible dates offered against each choice on the Show Request Form. Cancelations after we have sent the show confirmation email will make you liable for at least the minimum guarantee.
- Event Support Fund – ESF award is a discretionary award occasionally given when a group does not achieve enough sales to cover the guaranteed fee for reasons usually outside their control. It is an additional subsidy taken from our general show subsidy budget. They are not automatically offered and usually require an application.
Ticket Prices - Requested Minimums
- Ticket Prices – NEW MINIMUMS please read new ticket pricing details Increase of 25p.
- Ticket Yield - This is a useful ‘metric’ for setting ticket prices. It is not the average ticket price. It is the ‘Total box office income divided by the Total number of tickets paid for’ (full price and concessions) In 2025/26 this was approx. £13.33 per ticket sale. We need this to be £13.50.
