What's Next

• Return the Returns Form and the Show Report Form (see below for further information) to the Live & Local office as soon as possible.
• Make sure you tell the world about the show after the event!
• Report back to other committee members who may or may not have seen the show.
• Be enthusiastic – you and your team have put in a lot of hard work and want to make it even better next time.

Don’t worry if:

• the audience numbers were less than you had hoped for
• the audience did not respond as you had hoped they would.

There are so many reasons why people do not come along to events – and many of them will have nothing at all to do with your efforts to get them there! Just think of the pleasure you gave to those who did attend the event.

Returns

A Returns Form will have been sent out to you in your Box Office Pack. This is the form you need to fill in after your show, to let us know how many tickets you sold and at what price so that we can invoice you accordingly. On this form you can record the number of complimentary tickets which you gave out as a venue, the number of complimentary tickets Live & Local claimed from you, the number of helpers and volunteer hours, and don’t forget to record details of catering or other adjustments to the ticket prices which we need to take into account when we invoice you! Once we have received your Returns Form you will be sent an invoice. Please can you ensure that you return your payment to Live & Local as soon as possible.

If you have misplaced your Returns Form, don’t worry. They can now be downloaded from the Administration Forms page in the Promoter Login section of the website.

Please could you ensure that you send back your Returns Form to the Live & Local office within 10 days of your performance.

Show Report

A Show Report Form will also have been sent out to you in your Box Office Pack. This is your chance to let us know how the show went and to give us your feedback on what you thought of our support for you; the performers and the performance and it’s suitability for your venue; and any other suggestions you might have for how Live & Local could help you in future. Please be honest with us about any problems, good points or other issues. Remember: we are here to support you and to improve ourselves! Please could you return your Show Report Form to the Live & Local office within 10 days of the event along with your Returns Form.
