Everything you need to know as a promoter.
Becoming a Live & Local Promoter may appear to be a daunting task if you've never promoted a professional arts event in the past. However that’s where we come in, along with this Handbook.
We are always at the end of the phone during our standard office hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm.
There is a wealth of advice in this Handbook that has been gathered over the past 30 years from Live & Local Promoters and from other touring schemes around the country. We have also tried to cover the inevitable bureaucracy associated with running a public funded event.
So, before embarking on your Live & Local voyage, we suggest you have a glance through this Handbook not so much to take it all in immediately, but to see what areas of advice are included so that you can look at the detail at the appropriate moment.
