Cost to Promoters

This is the running time of the film and does not include any interval(s). The price(s) assume that there are no additional activities associated with the screening. It is not possible to have an interval.

Prices below are for voluntary-led organisations in the counties/districts named below. For organisations who do not fall into these categories, please call 01926 402173 for more information.

Warwickshire & Staffordshire: £190 + 65% of the gross box office (in excess of £190) including VAT

The minimum ticket price is £5

What a film promoter gets for the fee:

• Rights to show the film to a paying audience (this is the bulk of the cost);
• High quality screening and sound equipment (screen up to 3.7m x 2.75m, smaller screen size also available; Blu-ray or DVD player and projector; 5:1 surround sound system);
• Trained Screening Manager to set up and manage the screening, (does not include their time to cover any other activities surrounding a screening);
• A returnable Blu-ray/DVD copy of the film being screened;
• Your screening event listed on the Big Picture Show website;
• 20 x A4 posters for your screening, printed to include the venue and event details;
• A downloadable flyer for the screening (including venue and event details);
• Branded tickets (including venue and event details);
• It is the responsibility of the promoter to ensure the venue is Covid-19 secure.
• It is the responsibility of the promoter to ensure that a Covid-19 secure risk assessment is carried out for the screening and is submitted to Live & Local in advance of the screening date.

Notes:

The promoter will be responsible for local publicity, ticket sales and obtaining a screening licence if required from the local authority. (This may already be included in your venue Premises Licence).

In order for you to receive marketing materials (posters, flyers, tickets) bespoke to your screening event, bookings must be made via our online booking form no later than six weeks in advance of the screening date.
