Eckington

Creative Eckington aims to create new programmes of art activity. 

Shows to watch, workshops to make and create, spectacles to delight, live music to move with, new ways to work in old spaces, and anything else the community wants to make happen. We aim to improve access to the arts for people living in Eckington parish and in so doing support the community and improve the quality of life. This is being funded by Arts Council England and North East Derbyshire District Council.

Michele is responsible for recruiting and supporting promoters in the Live & Local networks, liaises with local authorities and is the point of contact for promoters in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. She is also the Rural Hub Town officer for Eckington.
