Lewis Barfoot is a London-Irish singer, songwriter, and contemporary folk artist based in Cork. She returns to The Kitchen Garden for the second time as part of her Spring UK tour. Rooted in folk traditions yet guided by a distinctly personal voice, her songs are shaped by fingerpicked guitar, “vocals that melt the hearts of angels” (KLOF), and beautifully profound — often playful — lyricism that draws audiences in with its authenticity.

He has a natural troubadour’s talent for weaving magical, musical, storytelling spells accompanied by his own bizarre solo orchestra of distinctive instruments. The spoons, finger-cymbals, bandorea, Djembe-drum, harmonica, guitar, trombone and-tap-dancing shoes accompany the “rich, raw, deep and resonant” voice of this “singular and liberating performer.”
