Big Picture Film Festival is back from Thursday 3rd September to Sunday 6th September 2026 in Stratford-upon-Avon and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help bring it to life. Volunteers are at the heart of making the festival run smoothly and we’d love for you to be part of the team. If you’d like to get involved, please complete this short form to apply. Applications close on Friday 14th August 2026 and will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note you must be 18 or over to volunteer. Front of House duties (e.g. welcoming and greeting visitors upon their arrival)

Serving refreshments

Answering simple queries or redirect queries to the appropriate person

Ensure Front of House and auditoria areas are presentable and tidy at all times

Assisting with set up/pack up (e.g. putting chairs out for audience members)
