Marketing Officer

£19,625 - £20,340 subject to experience (full time / 35 hrs per week / flexi time) with supplementary payments for any additional weekend and unsociable hours worked.

Joining a team of ten in Warwick the Marketing Officer will support the Marketing & Communications Manager in all aspects of marketing and communications, with specific responsibility for print management, communications (delegated elements of PR and media/press function, including digital media) and Big Picture Show community cinema marketing, and will deputise for the Marketing & Communications Manager (MCM) in their absence.

You should have a passion for the arts and be an efficient and enthusiastic person with good organisational, communication and computer skills, a friendly personality, good written English and an eye for design. Previous arts marketing experience essential.

Live & Local is a National Portfolio Organisation of Arts Council England.

You will provide general support to the Live & Local administrative and marketing teams. This post would be suitable for someone with previous office administration and/or arts marketing experience.

You should be an efficient and enthusiastic worker with good organisational, communication and computer skills, with good written English and numeracy. Previous office administration experience and enthusiasm for the arts is essential.

Event Support Officer

The role of Event Support Officer is an important step in the growth of Live & Local and will help to future-proof the company by adding valuable skills to the team. It is an exciting and varied role with planning, media preparation and office work alongside hands on technical duties at live shows, Big Picture Show screenings and other events. The Event Support Officer will assist the Development Manager and other staff in the delivery of a range of events and projects.

The post will be based in Warwick but with the expectation of travel across the east and west Midlands.
