'Lady Be Good! The Ella Fitzgerald Songbook' is an entertaining and upbeat show with interval about the life and work of one of the best loved jazz singers of all time and marks the centenary of her birth in 2017. Drawing from Fitzgerald's six decade career it features a beautiful selection of her signature songs, (Someone To Watch Over Me, That Old Black Magic, Our Love Is Here To Stay, How High The Moon) some of which may be familiar to audience members, and introduces the best of the Great American Songbook to those unfamiliar with it. Sarah Moule and Simon Wallace are two artists with international reputations who have a proven track record for bringing entertaining and interesting shows to rural touring audiences. The show affords a chance to see two of Britain's finest jazz musicians performing a popular programme of songs in an intimate space.

'Cool, elegant, immaculate' The Observer 'Exquisite arrangements...such a compelling interpreter of a lyric' Jazz Journal 'Sarah Moule stands in the very top flight of UK vocalists' JazzUK
