John has been with Live & Local since it began in 1991 (formerly the Warwickshire Village & Community Touring Scheme). Starting out as a freelancer contracted by Warwickshire County Council, he then set the scheme up as an independent organisation (Warwickshire Community Arts) with ‘Live & Local’ as just one of the projects the company managed. Eventually the Warwickshire and Staffordshire schemes were joined together and the Company became Live & Local to reflect its concentration on the touring scheme. John is the current Chair of the NRTF (National Rural Touring Forum).

Sally Rew

Sally has nearly 30 years’ experience in the arts, starting out as an actor and director and moving into producing and project managing. Her extensive arts administration experience includes several years with Arts Council West Midlands, providing an overview of regional arts provision and its strategic development.

Helen joined Live & Local in June 2009. She is responsible for daily administration tasks, including organising complimentary tickets, sending routine correspondence to promoters, arranging Front of House Banners and is the first point of contact for all general administration enquiries.

Sarah Fell

Sarah joined Live & Local in May 2010. A local girl, she studied History of Art at The University of Warwick and has several years of experience working in the arts. Sarah is responsible for all aspects of Marketing and she assists John with Programme & Menu Development. She particularly enjoys going to see shows and meeting promoters and audiences.

Suzanne Hunt

Suzanne joined Live & Local at the beginning of 2010. Suzanne is responsible for daily administration tasks and managing the overprinting of publicity material, also updating venue access information, the mailing list and editing the website.

Emma Lewis

Emma has worked with Live & Local since December 2006 and started a full-time role as Development Officer in 2010. Emma is involved in working on projects such as Arts on our Doorstep, as well as Promoter recruitment and support and liaison with local authorities in Warwickshire and Staffordshire. She also oversees Live & Local’s Communications Strategy. Emma previously worked at Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum as their Publicity Officer.

Vicki Campbell

Vicki joined Live and Local in June 2009. Her role as Derbyshire Fieldworker involves Promoter recruitment and support as well as liaison with local authorities. She has previously worked as part of the Exhibitions Team at Derby Museum and Art Gallery, and more recently as Arts Development Officer for Amber Valley Borough Council in Derbyshire. Always a strong advocate for the Live & Local Scheme when working in Local Government she is now very pleased and excited to be working for the organisation itself.
