Breaking Bad meets Samuel Beckett's Krapp's Last Tape. Meet Mikey, a bald, paunchy table top puppet in his pants, an ugly hitman with OCD who has seen a bit too much and is beginning to question his very existence. Holed up in his Harlem apartment, he's trying to make sense of his life, to straighten things out in his head. Bizarre incidents from the Mexico border get mixed up with the assassination of JFK and the baby section of Toys R Us.

A really slick, surprising 'one man' black comedy, with the man made of wood; affecting and beautiful, funny and clever.

And in an entertaining TEDx-ish after-show talk the puppet playing Mikey discusses with writer and director Russell Dean his inspirations for creating the role, why we are both fascinated and wary of puppets, and why we can't help but love a villain, and reflects on the fate of Mikey.
