Noble Jacks in Concert

Show Details

Presented by Noble Jacks

Performance date and time
Saturday, 10th February 2018
7:00 PM

With the fiddle leading the charge, Noble Jacks are out to take no prisoners as they come on with their high-energy footstompin’ rhythms which have taken crowds by storm across the UK and beyond!

They describe themselves a rip-roaring Alt-Folk band with roof raising energy and whose warm electro-acoustic interactions fuse together with a mixture of upbeat folky footstompin’ rhythms and engaging lyricism.

The band have been relentlessly touring through 2017, stompin’ their way round the British folk scene with sold out headline shows promoting their debut album ‘What the Hammer’. As well as this, Noble Jacks have appeared at major festivals including Glastonbury, Cambridge Folk Festival, and main stage Beautiful Days – to name but a few! The band headed to Costa Del Folk in Portugal in October 2017 shortly before their November run – with incredible demand for 2018 already rolling in.

With a relentless gig schedule, Noble Jacks are booked up largely by word of mouth and perform a diversity of gigs with their energetic set lending itself well to lively bars, clubs and festivals.

Catch them while you can!

'Crackerjack live shows... undeniably catchy.' fRoots Magazine 'Upbeat live set... combines [the] catchy hooks of folk bands such as the Levellers with the foot stomping and fiddle shuffling of artists such as Seth Lakeman, along with earthy, warm and ambient vibes of The Eagles / Mumford and Sons.'
