A family comedy from Kate Bramley with songs by Jez Lowe. Design by Catherine Dawn. It's toy making time in Santa's workshop but Mrs Claus is getting worried. The Elves have left the building. In fact they haven't been seen since last Christmas when they packed their cases and headed off to their other jobs around the globe. A whirlwind journey ensues, and she finds the most mischievous of the helpers hiding amongst the up-cycling at Mrs Carpenters shop. Their attempt to help complete her special Christmas order hasn't worked out quite as well as they had hoped..... Can Mrs Claus help them wrestle victory from defeat and get them to the Pole on time? Join us for a feel-good Christmas tale with puppets songs and the usual comic mayhem. Badapple Theatre Company are one of the most prolific and inventive of rural touring companies, under the artistic direction of established writer Kate Bramley, and specialise in taking high quality, original comic performances to the smallest of venues nationwide. With a respected creative team drawn from BBC Radio, TV and regional repertory theatres you can always be certain of an entertaining night out, finding the best of new theatre in the most unexpected of places.
