Live & Local wins Oxfordshire contract
We are pleased to announce that Live & Local won a contract to manage the new countywide Oxfordshire Rural and Community Touring Scheme.
Live & Local – Oxfordshire replaces the four separate community touring schemes in the county, formerly run by their own local authorities. It will also include new venues in Oxford city to create the first county-wide scheme in Oxfordshire.
Director of Live & Local, John Laidlaw, said“This is the first time that four independent touring schemes have been merged together into one and together with our other areas makes Live & Local the largest scheme in England. We are already meeting and getting to know local promoter groups and are looking forward to continuing to help bring top quality performances to local venues across the county”.
