'Twisted Tales 2' is the highly anticipated follow-up to 'Owdyado's hugely successful show 'Twisted Tales'. 'Twisted Tales 2' brings you a brand-new trilogy of surprising stories focusing on the macabre and mysterious: get ready for an anarchic night of hilariously dark theatre! _________________________________________________________________

Writers: Charlotte Bister & Daniel Richards, Jon Welch, Brett Harvey Director: Brett Harvey Designer: 'Owdyado Theatre.

How do you do! Following on from the success of 'Twisted Tales', 'Owdyado Theatre present a new trilogy of (even more twisted) tales! These short plays are funny, thought-provoking and guarantee a good plot twist! Just when you think you’ve worked out where the story is going, these stories will turn your theories upside down. 'Owdyado Theatre have produced and toured their original theatre works across the UK, and 'Twisted Tales 2' is another example of the company’s unique, intelligent and entertaining theatre. Live & Local regulars may remember the company's previous, successful shows; 'A View From the Edge' and, of course, last year's 'Twisted Tales'. The company specialise in 'accessible theatre' – each play is the length of a standard TV episode (approx. 30 minutes) – filled with sharp dialogue and fast cuts between scenes, something which has become the company's signature style. This time round, 'Twisted Tales 2' features an original soundtrack by experienced musician, Ben Sutcliffe of The People's String Foundation, which is used throughout to enhance the disturbing, yet darkly comic narratives. If you are a fan of TV cult classics like 'The Twilight Zone' or 'Black Mirror' then these expertly told tales are not to be missed.
